The first Annual Report of the Industrial Relations Court was published
in 2005. The objective is to reach out to stakeholders and inform them
of the operations of the court. Through the reports the achievements of
the court in relation to the Strategic and Development Plan 2005-2009
can be measured. To date the court has published 3 reports these are
2005/2006;
2006/2007;
2007/2008 reports.
