  Rachael Zibelu Banda  obtained a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) with bias in human rights from Indiana University Bloomington. She is Chairperson of the Industrial Relations Court of Malawi. She is Deputy Editor of the Malawi Law Reports and Editor of the Industrial Relations Court Series; Creating a more Conducive Legal Framework for the Industrial Relations Court of Malawi (Montfort Press, Blantyre, Malawi, 2005); Protection and Promotion of Labour Rights; A Judges’ Perspective (Montfort Press, Blantyre, Malawi, 2005). She has also published Unfair Labour Practices in Malawi; A Guide to Relevant Cases and Materials (Lexis Nexis Butterworths, Durban, 2005). Among her other extra curricular activities is lecturing Business Law at the University of Malawi, Polytechnic.

  Martha S. Chizuma LLB(Hons) obtained a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in International Law and World Economy from University of London, London. She has served as Senior Resident Magistrate at Chief Resident Magistrate Court (South), Assistant Registrar High Court Mzuzu and Blantyre. She is currently serving as the Acting Deputy Chairperson Industrial Relations Court.

  Ruth M. Chinangwa holds a Master in Women’s Law (MA) from University of Zimbabwe, Harare. She has served as Senior Resident Magistrate at the Chief Resident Magistrate Court. Currently she is Assistant Registrar of the Industrial Relations Court. She co- edited Access to Labour Justice, LexisNexis Butterworths, Durban, 2007 and is Assistant Editor of the Industrial Relations Court Series.
